Reservation conditions for pitches
Pitches become available at our campsite on a regular basis and can be allocated without a reservation. However, if you would like to reserve a specific pitch or period in advance, the following conditions apply
Terms and conditions:

The minimum stay for reservations is 5 nights. Exceptions to this rule depend on the season.

When you make a reservation, you will first receive a confirmation by email. Once we have received your deposit, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of payment and a binding booking confirmation. Telephone enquiries and side agreements of any kind are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

The deposit applies to 1 pitch and amounts to €50. The deposit can be transferred to our account: BKS Bank Spittal AT32 1700 00016002 6731 Camping Gauglerhof Nes & Co KG, Matzelsdorf 2, 9872 Millstatt. The deposit paid (minus a reservation fee of €5) will be credited to your final bill.

Your booked pitch will be available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure at the latest.

If you arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us so that your booked parking space remains reserved for you. Without notification, your parking space will be reallocated without compensation. Similarly, parking spaces that are vacated early may be reallocated.

The booked arrival and departure dates are binding for both parties, i.e. in the event of late arrival or early departure, the minimum price per night (2 persons + pitch) will be charged for the days not used.

We make every effort to ensure that you get your booked pitch, but we reserve the right to change pitches if this is necessary for special reasons.

Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 14 days before arrival: deposit will be refunded (minus a booking fee of €5)

From 13 days before arrival: deposit of €50 will be retained

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Rental accommodation:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date:
The deposit paid will be refunded, minus a processing fee of €5. -
Cancellation up to 7 days before the agreed arrival date:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed package price will be charged. -
Cancellation from 6 days before the agreed arrival date:
A cancellation fee of 90% of the agreed package price will be charged. -
No-show, late arrival or early departure:
100% of the agreed package price will be charged.
In all other respects, the contractual terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply.
In the event of departure before the booked departure date (notification by 7 p.m. on the previous day at the latest, rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m.) or arrival after the booked arrival date, the full
room price for the booked period will be charged.
For short-term bookings (including those made by telephone), an accommodation contract is also concluded in accordance with
the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. Therefore, the same cancellation fees apply in the event of cancellation or no-show.
